Its a rail trail, so for serious mountain bikers itll be nothing special. Its level and wide hardpan. Great for fast riding except in some places where there are lots of people. Generally it can be quiet and open with some nice scenery. There are quite a number of crossings and parking lots and several places to rest and get refreshments.
This is a 21+ rail trail that runs from the York colonial courthouse at George st to the Maryland border and some distance into Maryland.
